Seeking Field Sales Professional - Multi State Pacific Northwest (USA) 
Full Time - OR, WA, CO, CA  

Competitive, Motivated, Independent & Knowledgeable Sales Representative.   NovaGreenTM, a division of Growth Products, Ltd. is currently seeking an ideal candidate that possess a true entrepreneurial spirit, good business sense, excellent people skills and a positive attitude. A sales professional visible in Hop/Cannabis culture and industry who is able to close new and maintain existing accounts.

Growth Products is a modern liquid fertilizer, micronutrient, organics, and biological fungicide company. Our products have proven efficacy with farmers and green industry professionals globally and we are expanding our market to US Hop/Cannabis growers.

We are looking for the right candidate to organize and develop this market.

There is a huge opportunity to expand this exponentially growing market and potential to grow with the company.
Qualifications:
A flexible schedule is required.

Must be over 21 years of age and a resident of Pacific Northwest (USA) OR, WA, CO.

Horticulture / Agriculture degree, marijuana or other crop propagation /growing, and/or Business-to-Business sales experience a plus.

Education in marijuana strains, plant development, cultivation, fertilization regimens and general care (while adhering to all state regulations), is desirable.

Knowledge about plant nutrition, fertilizer application / feeding and crop production is preferred.

Distribution and product delivery experience, reliable and appropriate transportation (clean driving record with proof of insurance) and willingness to travel is necessary.
Job Description:
Account Management
Service existing accounts, establish new accounts, obtain orders, develop solutions, and build strong customer relations.
Territory management, meet sales goals.
Active Lead Generation -
Make phone calls, in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers educating them on Growth Products. Attend local trade shows and other promotional venues.
Contact growers / growing facilities, commercial propagation businesses, dispensaries and collectives to sell product along with nutritional programs and recommendations for growing / cultivation.
Coordinate sales efforts-
Negotiation, customer service, closing skills, with strong attention to customer privacy
Logistics-
Ability to warehouse product and deliver to facilities.
Other Skills-
Must have computer skills, be able to utilize CRM software, email, etc.
